Edward M. (Kipp) Happ – Owner / President

With over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial design, Kipp has developed a deep understanding of the architectural and construction industries. A proud graduate of the Spring Garden College Architectural Program, Kipp began his career working on the development of residential and retirement communities across the United States.

Throughout his career, Kipp has gained valuable insights from working directly in the residential and commercial construction sectors. His hands-on experience in the field has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of construction mechanics, resource coordination, and the technical aspects necessary to achieve project success.

Kipp’s diverse design portfolio spans a variety of sectors. He has worked on projects including retirement communities, data centers, pharmaceutical research and manufacturing facilities, semiconductor manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, and both single and multi-family residential properties. This wide range of experience has honed his ability to adapt to various project requirements and client needs.

Kipp holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Spring Garden College (Philadelphia, PA) and is currently preparing for his architectural registration exam.
